August 13, 2007 · Karl Rove, President Bush's closest political adviser, is a longtime member of Bush's inner circle. He was nicknamed "the architect" by the president for designing the strategy that twice captured the White House.

Well, yay. Does it really mean anything? I don't know. He did get a bumbling idiot to 2 terms as Texas governor and then 2 terms as President. Of course, the 1st time as Prez was an outright theft, but so be it. And now his boy George as the lowest approval ratings in 30 years. We won't even talk about Iraq. A friend of mine is having a birthday today, I thought it was a nice present from the president!

On a sad note,Merv Griffin passed away yesterday. 82 years old...i actually do remember watching the Merv Griffin show.
